I’m Teyanna, founder of The Bailey Experience.
Since 2014, I’ve guided couples through wedding celebrations rooted in intention, clarity, and thoughtful execution. What began as a passion for well-considered planning has grown into a practice that spans refined celebrations on land and at sea, including cruise weddings designed as immersive, experience-driven journeys.
Wedding planning is not simply my profession. It is a calling grounded in faith, purpose, and stewardship. I did not set out to become a wedding planner, but I trust the path that led me here. Each celebration is approached with gratitude and care, guided by the belief that meaningful work is done with intention and integrity.
The foundation of this business is deeply personal. In the same year I booked my first client, I lost my mother to pulmonary fibrosis. She believed in my vision long before it fully took shape, and her encouragement continues to influence how I serve every couple. Her legacy lives quietly in the way I approach this work with respect, discipline, and heart.
Today, The Bailey Experience serves couples planning cruise weddings and refined land-based celebrations who value calm leadership and a composed planning experience. While weddings at sea require a nuanced approach, the standard remains the same across every celebration: clarity, discretion, and seamless oversight from beginning to end.
Outside of weddings, I’m a mother of four and a devoted dog mom. When I’m not immersed in planning, you’ll likely find me unwinding with a game of Call of Duty.

Outside of weddings, Simi is a dedicated physiotherapist currently completing her internship, driven by a genuine passion for mental health and helping others. That same attentiveness and compassion carry seamlessly into her role within our team. Her eye for detail, composed energy, and problem-solving ability make her an invaluable part of the planning process.
Whether supporting behind the scenes or assisting on wedding days, Simi contributes to an experience that feels smooth, attentive, and well-managed. Her presence allows our celebrations to unfold with clarity and confidence.

I am a true Aries through and through—bold, passionate, and always ready to take charge! Aries are natural leaders, fiercely independent, and full of energy, and I embody every bit of it. I dive headfirst into challenges, thrive under pressure, and bring an unstoppable drive to everything I do—especially wedding planning. Patience? Not exactly my strong suit, but determination? I have that in abundance. Whether it’s in business, competition (because Aries live for winning), or just everyday life, I bring the fire, the confidence, and the go-getter spirit that makes Aries who we are! 🔥♈
True Aries Energy
If I could only eat one type of cuisine for the rest of my life, it would be Mexican food—no hesitation! I could start my day with Chipotle, have an authentic Mexican feast for dinner, and wake up excited to eat the leftovers for breakfast. Tacos, enchiladas, fajitas—you name it, I love it. Some might call it an obsession, but I just call it happiness on a plate.

When I’m not planning weddings, you might just find me deep in a Call of Duty match. I’ve played every single title—even the ones people pretend don’t exist! As an Aries, I live for competition, so the thrill of the game is right up my alley. My husband is also a gamer, and we take it to the next level—we have two TVs in our living room so we can play side by side. Whether it’s teaming up or going head-to-head, Call of Duty is serious business in our house! And yes, I will trash talk when needed (respectfully, of course)!
